Our signature room offers ample space for all your events. This pleasant, airy conference room is our largest meeting room. You will find it ideally sized for team meetings, training, seminars, networking or hosting any kind of presentation or workshop. Clients love the adaptability of this roomy space which can be specifically configured for training around smaller tables, or alternatively set up without desks/table (theatre-style) for presentations. Our conference room easily caters for up to 30 people seated around tables, or up to 70 seated theatre-style or without seating. Benefit from big screen projection and surround sound. When booking, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of your own spacious break area, conveniently adjoined to the meeting room.

 

*Note our £250 rate applies to bookings for 15 people and under. Bookings for 16+ people will be priced at £300

*Note there is a limit of 20 parking spaces for conference room hires during normal office hours, outside of these times parking is unlimited.

Board Rooms

Our impressive boardrooms help you make a favourable impression on clients, delegates and new business introductions. There is ample space to accommodate 6-8 people around a traditional boardroom table lay-out. We have regular bookings for a multitude of different uses including: running training sessions, conducting interviews, hosting internal and external meetings, and team-building. They are suitably equipped for presentations and popular for formal training. Clients have access to comfortable break areas but we also set up a coffee station for refreshments within the room itself.

Meeting Hub
£80.00 per day

Our comfortable smaller meeting rooms for 2-6 people are popular with organisations or individuals looking for somewhere to meet clients, colleagues, suppliers or employees in a more private and professional setting than their home or a public place. Simple and practical, these rooms are a very useful resource for local businesses on a more restrictive budget. There is a refreshment station within the room, for your convenience.
